All watches sold on this website are custom-made to order using moissanite stones. Because each piece is built specifically for the customer, our return and refund policy is as follows:
Custom Orders

All custom watches are final sale.

Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production begins.

A non-refundable deposit of $300–$500 is required to start all custom orders.
Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Deposits cover materials, labor, and production costs.
Non-Custom / Standard Watches (If Applicable)

If a non-custom watch is offered, returns may be accepted only if:

The item is unused

The item is in original packaging

A return request is made within 20 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos or video of the issue.

We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.
Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for custom orders.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
