All watches sold on this website are custom-built to order using moissanite stones. Because each piece is made specifically for the customer, all custom orders follow the policy below.
Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $300–$500 is required to begin production.

Once production begins, deposits cannot be refunded.
Production Time

Production typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on design complexity.

Timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly.
Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid before shipping or delivery.

Orders will not be released until payment is complete.
Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Refunds & Returns
